I’m back in Thailand! I was here six years ago and toured the country. Now I’m back in Bangkok. Its an incredibly beautiful country, and it has by far the best food in the world (after Skyline and hamloaf, that is).

Its raining here, but somehow I’m not surprised. As they would say in Nepal, ‘ke garne?’, or ‘what to do?’ I’m still excited to be here, though, and get some excellent pad thai. I’d go for the tom yum goong if I was going to be here longer. If you’ve never had tom yum goong, you should try it. Its spicy. Just smelling it will make your nose run. Mmmm…

We’re off to the Royal Palace (hopefully) today. Last time I was there, I only had black and white film. It made for some great photos, but the Royal Palace is one of the most colorful places I’ve ever been. Now I’m back with color! Look for pics soon.

I miss Nepal already, but I’m still excited to be heading home. On the flight to Bangkok, they asked me if I wanted ice in my Coke. Ice? In a drink? Seriously? I had forgotten what ice in a drink was like. I had forgotten what a COLD Coke tasted like. I think it tastes like heaven. Honestly, I almost started to cry.
