Stairs, Stairs, and More Stairs

I’m back from Annapurna. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. If you add up all the stairs I’ve climbed in my life, it might just equal the number of stairs I climbed in the last nine days.

I have stories (leeches, blisters, rain, more rain, and even a corpse, and of course AMAZING views), but they will have to wait until I debrief.

But for now here’s a little taste for ya…

I cannot believe how clear the air is. Wow. That must really have been energizing despite stairs!!!! Looking forward to having you back in the Nati soon. We may even have some Bengals games you might enjoy going to!

Ok that looks like one of the most beautiful places in the world.

I know what you must have went through. The other day I went to the gym and got on the stair master for 20 minutes non stop.

    Love that middle picture.
